Since the mid 1990’s Cornelis has been active as a professional artist in Inner Western Sydney.
After extensive studies in Sydney as well as overseas he has developed a unique geometric abstract style.
In both his paintings and plastic works Cornelis explores notions of balance, symmetry and proportion resulting in beautifully constructed and colourful harmonies.
