Under sous vide conditions, the meats are cooked to perfection, ensuring maximum tenderness, extending their expiry date, and infusing their flavour.

Once you open the bag.
Refrigerate and use within 24 hours of opening.
Alternatively, if the bag is unopened, freeze it and consume it within a month.
Microwave - Meats and sides
First remove the contents from the bag. Place the food on a plate, distributing it evenly to ensure even reheating. Cover with the microwave-safe lid. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Oven - Meats and sides
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Take the contents out of the bag and place them on a roasting pan lined with baking paper.
**For meats, bake for 8 – 12 minutes.
**For seafood, 3-5 minutes or until hot.
Stovetop - Wet dishes e.g. shawarma, vegetable tagine etc
Add the contents of the bag to a saucepan and add 50ml of water (moisture).
On low/medium, heat for approximately 5-8 minutes or until hot.
Additional salt may be added if desired.
